Fair Hill Camp Trip: April 15th - 17th Theme: The Pack Strikes Back...

Subject:  Spring Camping RSVP
Include: Name; # of adults; # of kids; any comments
We must have your response by Monday April 11th at noon in order to finalize planning for food - this is a no cost event if anyone is willing to help as Grubmaster please also let us know!
  • Medical Forms:
If you have not done so already please provide them to your den leader OR Cubmaster upon arrival at Fair Hill.   All parents and siblings attending must also supply forms.  If you previously provided a medical form and their have been no changes you may simply print and sign the first page.

If medical records are not provided  you may be asked to leave.

Follow the links for the BSA Medical Forms 

·         Parts A & B must always be completed FOR ALL WHO ARE PARTICIPATING IN WEEKEND CAMPING OR ANY DAY TRIP i.e. A day Hike at Fair Hill.  This includes Parents/Guardians/Siblings.

·         Part C the Physical must be completed if the Scouts/Adults are doing Resident Camp.

·         Trick of the Trade:

o    Parents should ALWAYS keep original.

o    When attending BSA Council events, you will always need to give a copy of medical forms.  FYI, you will never get these back so make sure only copies are given.


Pack 443 By-Laws:
If you did not sign and return the signature page of the by-laws at Blue and Gold please do so upon arrival to the camping trip

What you need to know:
    • Location:  Fair Hill Cockerham Site
    • Directions:  
      • 213 North go straight through Rte. 273 Intersection
      • Turn Right on Training Center Road (~1/4 mile)
      • Take first Left
      • Continue straight until road ends
    • Arrival Friday April 15th 6:30pm - must arrive in Class A uniform
    • Departure Sunday April 17th ~ 10:30am
    • We understand some scouts may need to leave for spring sports - please be sure to let the leaders know your plans
    • NO PLATES,  UTENSILS, or CUPS WILL BE PROVIDED ALL ATTENDEES MUST HAVE A MESS KIT OR EQUIVALENT  (THIS COULD BE A COOL WHIP CONTAINER, PLASTIC UTENSILS, etc)
    • Scouts should bring their 'light sabers' from blue and gold!
