News January 6th will be our first meeting for the year.  As the boys have completed their first activity pins, we will begin to focus on learning the Scout Oat, Scout Law and the Webelos Badge.

January and February we will be working on Showman.  This will be the start of us using the "boy-led" aspect of scouting.  The boys will be electing a leader for this pin and the den "patrol" will be making the decisions.

Patrol Name?

This will be the start of us using the "boy-run" aspect of scouting.  The den will adopt a name and begin to be referred to as a "patrol".  The boys will also be electing a leader who will learn the fundamentals of being a patrol leader.  He will help to guide the "patrol" in making the decisions for the Showman pin.

January and February we will be working on Showman.  They will be creating a play, making puppets along with a stage.  Our goal is to be ready by our next pack meeting to present to everyone.
